This round one can be used in a number of different ways but is mainly developed to focus on the core muscles. With water as weight, and with water in motion, the muscles and joints are tested in a way they’re not when training with tools made of solid structure. A tank equivalent to the classic medicine ball. Flowbell is equipped with handles on each side of the figure which makes exercises such as mountain climbers, Russian twists and weighted situps easy to perform.

A plastic tank to fill with the desired amount of water, so it suits your workout.
Red Color
Color to decorate the water with. You can also change the color by using caramel color. Of course you can use only water as well.
Air pump
A portable pump destined to fill the tank with air (in addition to the amount of water you fill the tank with yourself).
