Flownerve Neck Pro is a transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulator worn at the neck. Six frequency modes cover the full day, from post-training recovery to evening wind-down and sleep onset.

TECHNOLOGY

Two contact points rest against the sides of the neck, where the cervical branch of the vagus nerve runs closest to the skin. Low-level electrical pulses reach the nerve through soft skin contacts and travel toward the brainstem, shifting autonomic balance toward the parasympathetic side. Six stimulation frequencies run at 5, 10, 25, 30, 40 and 100 Hz, with maximum output at 30 V peak and 40 mA peak. Sessions are set to 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Mode and intensity are set with buttons on the device, and the on-board display shows active mode, frequency and battery.
