The belt’s TENS technology delivers gentle electrical impulses that travel through the skin to the underlying nerve fibers. These impulses preoccupy the nervous system, effectively blocking pain messages before they can reach the brain. This stimulation also encourages the body to release endorphins—its own natural pain-relieving chemicals—offering both immediate and sustained comfort for conditions like sciatica or back strain.

To enhance this effect, three integrated heat settings (38°C–45°C / 100°F–113°F) provide consistent warmth that penetrates deep into the core muscles. This heat increases blood circulation, relaxing tight tissue, reducing stiffness, and accelerating recovery. The six massage programs and 16 intensity levels allow for a fully customized treatment, adapting from gentle relaxation to more focused pain management.
