Returns and Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to return a product, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

You may return your item within 100 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is in good condition, with no functional damage.
• It is returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
• The item may be lightly used, but must be clean and undamaged.

How to Return

To start a return, please get in touch with our customer service at hello@flowlife.com and include the following information:

• Your order ID
• The email address used at checkout
• The shipping address associated with the order
• Your telephone number

We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send your product to.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Flowlife for UK customers.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive the item for your refund to be processed.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.
