Story behind the glasses
It started with a shared vision of recovery. While playing in Milan, Álvaro discovered our Flowfeet. The impact was immediate — easing his body, but also inspiring him to recover smarter and take better care of himself.
That first product sparked a conversation. A meeting followed.
A shared vision grew: to create tools that make high performance feel more human — tools that support presence, focus, and recovery.
Together, that vision became Flowglasses.
Flowglasses Day Sync
Yellow-tinted lenses are engineered to filter out excessive blue light from screens and artificial lighting (400–450nm). By reducing overstimulation of the visual system, they help regulate cortisol levels, support focus, and promote a calmer nervous system. Ideal for workdays under intense lighting or high digital exposure, Day Sync helps maintain mental clarity and steady energy without draining you.
Flowglasses Night Sync
Red-tinted lens engineered to filter out blue and green wavelengths (400 to 550 nanometers) that interfere with melatonin production. By reducing this disruptive light in the evening, Flowglasses Night Sync helps signal to your body that it is time to wind down. The result is a faster, deeper, and more restorative sleep. Best used in the hours leading up to bedtime, especially when exposed to screens or bright indoor lighting.
